I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Stellenbosch in 2008 and completed my Neurology fellowship from the College of Neurologists, South Africa in 2015. I started a motor neuron clinic and database in the State sector to facilitate research and improve patient care. I conducted my MMed research in Parkinson's disease.
