I qualified as a Gastroenterologist in 2008, following doing specialty training in internal medicine. I have experience in managing a wide range of gastrointestinal and liver disease. After completion of my GI training in South Africa, I spent a few years in the United Kingdom to broaden my knowledge in the filed of gastroenterology, specifically focusing on Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Endoscopic Ultrasonagraphy and oesophageal manometry. I relate well with patients and aim to give patients the best care possible.
