Dr John Tilley is a specialist physician and intensivist. He is currently the Director of the Medical Intensive Care Unit at the Donald Gordon Medical Centre. Dr Tilley completed his undergraduate degree at Wits University, followed by his specialisation in internal medicine and completed his sub-specialist training in critical care. He has a special interest in clinical informatics and decision support systems.

I am a trained abdominal transplant surgeon involved in both liver and kidney transplantation from deceased and living donors. In our transplant unit, we transplant both adults and children.
